    • No diagnostic fee for In-warranty covered work* If your repair is covered under warranty, the diagnostic fee will be refunded and you will only be charged for return shipping.
    • Out-of-Warranty machines incur a $45.00 diagnostic fee. If you choose to have Portable One perform recommended repairs, we will credit the diagnostic fee to the service cost.
    • We use only new parts - Never used parts! Used parts are not much cheaper than new, and you never know how long they will last.

    *If your manufacturer's warranty does not cover the work required to address your issue, you will be responsible for the cost of work performed and a minimum charge for our diagnostic fee. Any issue that is not reproducible, or does not require the replacement of parts will usually not be covered by your manufacturer's warranty.
