According to a information that was released by an ex-Apple employee, the tech company is going to be releasing an updated version of its headphones with the iPhone 6 later this year. The latest generation smartphone is expected to debut sometime in the fall, which is typically when Apple reserves its major announcements. Now, it is heavily believed by insiders that the iPhone 6 box will contain upgraded headphones with several interesting new features.

One of the biggest changes made to the ear devices is the inclusion of sensors that will be able to track an individual's health information while they are being used. They will be built with sensors that will track blood pressure and heart rate, which will came in very handy for those who like to listen to music while working out at the gym. The headphones will also include Apple's iBeacon system, a new app that allows users to track where they left an item behind. With this, the headphones will never be lost.

While some might be wary of the earphones collecting this medical data, the report says that all of the information will be encrypted, so it cannot be accessed by anybody other than its owner. The headphones will also contain a redesigned remote and an extra microphone that will allow for better noise canceling, allowing users to better drown out other noises while trying to listen to music.
