Shipping Information
Per customer's choice, orders shipped to destination using Next Day Air, Two Day Air, or Ground Service. All in-stock items usually ship same-day if purchased before daily shipping cutoff (varies by warehouse/ time zone & barring exceptional circumstances.)
Free Shipping
When Portable One offers free ground shipping it is applicable to orders over the then advertised order dollar amount. Unless specifically stated otherwise, free shipping offers are not available for shipping outside of the continental United States; not available when shipping to APO or FPO addresses; does not include shipping insurance; and not available for items exceeding 20 pounds and/or 24"x24"x18". Free shipping methods will be determined by Portable One. Please contact your sales representative with any questions.
Full Service APO/FPO Shipping: Portable One Inc has partnered with a company called Military Mail Solutions, LLC. that offers an APO/FPO forwarding service called ShipItAPO! (www.shipitapo.com) to send shipments to our customers with APO/FPO addresses.

During account setup and checkout, simply use your APO address for the ship to address and choose US Postal Priority for the shipping method. This shipping rate includes all shipping fees, handling charges and insurance up to $2,000. (Additional insurance is available for additional charge and must be requested. Portable One is not liable for insurance claims or amounts in excess of or otherwise not covered by insurance.)
Self Service:
1. Go to http://shipitapo.com and register, then come back and order. If you are an APO/FPO address holder, choose the Government Plan when you register. If you are not an APO/FPO address holder but want your order shipped to one, choose the Friends 'n Family Plan.
2. Once you have registered with ShipItAPO!, please return to our Portable One Web site and place your order. The address provided by ShipItAPO! is the address you should enter as the Shipping Address in the My Profile Section. The My Profile section is where you create an account with us before proceeding to check out.
3. When your order gets processed, Portable One will ship the product to the provided "Ship To" address and ShipItAPO! will forward the product via the United States Postal Service to your APO/FPO address.
APO/FPO Shipping Charge:
Please note that in addition to the standard shipping charges billed by Portable One, ShipItAPO! has its own charge for getting your order to your APO/FPO address.
APO/FPO Insurance: (Highly Recommended) For APO/FPO Shipments, Portable One is not responsible for loss or damage to products during shipment. Therefore, we highly recommend that you insure each package for up to its full value ($5000 is the maximum). Insurance costs range from $16.00 for $1500.00 worth of coverage to $21.00 for $2000.00 worth of coverage.
APO/FPO Delivery Time Frame
Please note that APO/FPO deliveries are dependent on the US Postal Service and military mail and can take up to 6-8 weeks. Package tracking is not available.
International orders will be charged full international shipping rates. Customer is responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes incurred.
