Throughout our years of serving our customers, we have developed long term relationships based on respect and integrity. We're aware of the trust and confidence you place in us when you do business with us and trust us with your personal information. Portable One, Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on the Site and any other information, email, IP address, etc provided by our customers, or potential customers to Portable One, Inc. We have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us such as; name, address, phone and billing information via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone – EVER!

In order to place an order on-line, we require you to submit a user name and password of your choice for future access to your orders and information. Your user name and password is to remain confidential and you should not share it with anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order, verify your identity, confirm charge authentication, pre-register product and warranties as required by some manufacturers, etc. From time to time, we also monitor aggregate customer traffic and usage patterns/ product views, but without any identity specific data.
