I knew very little about the X1, but i did hear about the adaptive keyboard and the carbon fiber body, and i really wanted something rugged. Most of the rugged laptops out there are not much in the way of specs, especially military grade stuff, but this one really covered everything i need.
The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions (lots of them!), and i was able to get my laptop very quickly, and as per my specifications.
