According to a Microsoft spokesperson, Microsoft Windows 10 will be available at physical retail locations, as a USB drive, posing the question on whether the optical disc is still relevant.

The timing couldn’t be more perfect as Microsoft moved ahead with the mass deactivation, as the official RTM version of Windows 10 is now merely 10 days away.
